Office & Loft Build Out
This project, located in Hearne, TX, was a 40' L x 16' W x 9' H construction project that was built within an existing metal structure. The structure was made with LVL beams, timber columns, and basic wood framing. The client wanted a large open space that fit comfortably within his budget and we were able to meet both of those needs. The client is doing the railings and painting himself, but everything else--from the framing, to the drywall, to the electric and plumbing-- was done through Circle H Projects or our subcontractors.
