FAQ

A project usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on the size of the sign and the complexity. If an order will take longer than normal, you'll be notified of so. All orders will be sent a verification when the project is complete and shipped out.

Under no circumstances will any vulgar, inappropriate, or degrading designs be allowed to be produced. Circle H will not partake in any such events as it strongly goes against our policy. Circle H has full legal ability to deny any order if need be.

Returns and refunds are allowed, however, 50% of the total amount for a custom project will not be refunded unless the sign is damaged. To return a product, please fill out the return and refund form on the return screen at the footer of the home page . If you have any reason for needing the full refund, please use the contact page to see what we can do.

Circle H Projects is owned and operated by Clayton Hargrove as a sole proprietorship business. There aren't any employees or staff to help out. With every project being worked on in high detail, some orders may be delayed due to the quantity of active orders.

Any kind of woodwork project can be requested, but that does not mean it will be fulfilled. Some requests may be beyond the capabilities of the business at the time and/or may be uncapable of generating parts of the project. Any project request can be denied for a multitude of reasons.
